Firstly, I travel 45 miles to get my eye wear from FRAMED. I live on the Wirral and can quite simply go through the tunnel to Liverpool to acquire the "Designer Glasses" I require from places like Silverberg Opticians. I choose to make the journey to Manchester as the level of choice of frames, knowledge of designers and most importantly the customer care I have recieved is worth every second of the M62 drive. I have recently bought a pair of Tom Ford "Geek" glasses from Framed. Upon my arrival to the shop I was greeted by the team who remembered me from my last visit over 12months ago. I explained what I was looking for and within less than 5 minutes "the team" had provided me with 6 pair of glasses to suit. Through a process of elimanation I had bought my "Tom Ford" within 10 minutes of entering the shop. These guys are professionals at their craft. They evaluated all key aspects of my eyewear including the strength of my prescription, the size of my head, my pupil level etc etc. Being an impatient man, as soon as I had paid for my eyewear.... I wanted them lensed and wanted to wear them. It was Tuesday 1pm when I paid for them and I wanted them for the weekend!!! The lenses had to be ordered from Portugal and we where pushing for a weekend wear!! Wednesday 1pm, my glasses where ready for collection! Unbelievable service and worthy of this reference If you are going to spend good money on quality eyewear in Manchester - You must pay FRAMED a visit. Thanks FRAMED Dave Goodman

Absolutly love my new frames, thank you to the staff for helping me find the best suitable frame . LOVE IT Thank you so much! Definatly the place to go for glasses. They also have a 10% discount I found online.

FRANED OPTICIANS = FANTASTIC
REALLY THE BEST RANGE OF GLASSE I HAVE EVER SEEN, PRESENTED IN BEAUTIFULLY STYLISH ENVIRONMENT. ALL THE STAFF ARE VERY HELPFULL, AND I FEEL FABULOUS IN MY NEW GLASSES. THANK YOU FRAMED!
