The joy of the unlimited

The Cineworld is much like any other cinema to be honest. Its situated on in an "Entertainment Centre" amongst a bowling alley, some fast food places and a gym. What makes Cineworld special for me is their Unlimited card. For about 12 quid a month you get a card which entitles you to go to the movies as frequently as you wish with no added cost. Fabulous. Why stay in and watch yet another repeat of Friends when you can go out and see the latest films on show? Since acquiring my unlimited card I feel I've certainly made my money back (with the rising cinema prices you only have to go one and a half times a month to cover the cost...even if half a time isn't possible). I've certainly seen some absolutely rubbish films during that time, films which I would never pay to see, but the fact that each visit is free means that you never leave the cinema with that feeling of "what a waste of money". And if that doesn't bring you joy during these credit crunch times then I don't know what does.

I live just around the corner from this cinema (5 min walk) so visit a lot - plus I have the Cineworld Unlimited Card (about £12 per month) which means that I can nip in anytime to watch a movie.Sweets are expensive (best off going to Woolworths for their pic n mix!) and so are the drinks, nacho's etc but overall nice, clean cinema with friendly staff.

Near Manchester, the Cineworld cinema is part of the Parr Woods Entertainment complex. The box office is on the ground floor, lift and escaltors let you access the 11 screens on the second floor. Each screen features Dolby Digital sound and all have stadium seating with excellent leg room. Wheelchair access is in all the screens. In addition to the concessions stand, stocking popcorn , ice cream, nachos etc, there is bar area (the screens are not licensed so drinks only in bar area). If you visit here a Cineworld Unlimited card is a must as its less than price of 2 adult evening tickets. the pass which you use at manned box office allows you unlimited visits.Much free parking around complex which includes Burger King, Nandos, Frankie & Bennies, Pizza Hut. In addition theres 10 pin bowling a fintness club and for the kids a Wacky Warehouse. Easily an evenings worth of entertainment
