Customer Service is appalling, they seem to be stuck in the 70's as they kept calling me love and claimed this was because they didn't know my name! Tent was in for repair for 3 weeks, we go camping this friday and the tent is not repaired, no body called or emailed to say the work could not be completed. The tent repair man had been ill, but any decent company would surely let people know that the repairs will not be carried out. A dreadful company with incredibly rude staff. I wouldn't have given them any stars, but I had no choice.
