I know my cats will get well looked after when i take them to brooke cottage as i know they gey fed well unlike other catterys that only feed once a day. My cats always come home happy and content. (no sulking) sue (owner) even cooked a chicken for them as they were not eating the tuna and she didnt charge any extra. over all lovely owner who really cares about the animals and can give injections aswell which she does'nt charge extra for. not as pricey as other local catterys with all the little extras!

Crazy Cat Lady!

My cats love coming here! I've been a customer for over 10 years. The owner Sue is a (more than a little) eccentric and very busy at times but is always on hand to chat to me about my cats requirements. Yes, she appears harrassed and often forgets my name but can tell me everything about my cats from personality to their individual tastes in catfood (and that's what's really important) even when I've not booked them in for a over a year! Down to earth, honest and genuine. We'll keep coming back!

Nice lady but??

Very confused, always smells of beer, even sometimes appeared drunk at 10am, and never recognizes you even if you have been coming to her for years. Obviously loves cats, but never ready for you, and always keeps you waiting even if you are obviously in a hurry! (Why can't she have your bill ready when you arrive, tired and eager to get off home???) Charges you extra for bank holidays without letting you know first, so beware of that! Having said that, my cats seem happy enough, and she gives them chicken and tuna, so she is kind enough, if somewhat harassed!! Also she was a bit cheaper, but has since put the charges up!

A wonderful, friendly cattery without the added complication of dogs on site. Heated beds, TV and tuna provided daily from loving, caring staff.

This is a sweet little cattery run by cat owners/lovers who really know how a cats mind works. The staff are friendly, cat-mad people who indulge your pet as if it was their own. Treats of tuna, ham etc are delivered twice daily to pampered felines sitting on heated beds and no silly, barking dogs on-site either.
