Do not use!!
Absoultly digusting customer service! Rang and was booked in for an appoinment between 2-4pm at 4.15 rang to see where they were only to be told it's only 4.15 wasnt helpful I asked if he didn't want my custom then to just tell me the response was I'm self employed I don't have to answer to you!

terrible customer service
Do not use this company, very unprofessional. I had to telephone them four times to check they were still coming. Instead of saying they did not want the business they made appointments and did not keep them. I would not trust any guarantee given, do yourself a favour and stay well clear, lots of other good companies to choose from.

Id recommend them
I got a same day appointment and was charged £48 in total for them replacing the pump on or washing machine, Our washers been ok ever since, iv recommended them to a friend and she was happy with them also.
