Failed to turn up twice
Failed to turn up twice and didn't even have the courtesy to ring or send a text! Clearly does not need the business and certainly does not deserve it!! Clearly unreliable. Use at your peril!

I'm impressed too
These guys just came out to fix the oven which kept tripping all the switches. Came next day, give a two-hour window so you don't have to wait in all day, cost £68 incl. parts (sept 2011). Congenial and professional, he took about 4 calls while he was here and managed to diagnose the problem over the phone each time. I heard him offer evening call-outs, no problem, no extra cost. Would highly recommend - saved us £400.

Impressed
Repairman called the same day and fixed my washer he removed a blockage from the machine he charged £25 so very happy with service its been working fine ever since.
