I'm very pleased with the service I received from your company, from the initial chance meeting with your staff near More London, to my handing over two of my bikes for long-overdue treatment using your collect and return service. What I particularly liked was the fact that both of your male staff members didn't talk down to me or assume I knew nothing about bikes or that they knew best, although they probably do where I'm concerned. Both bikes now ride like a dream. I hadn't realised how important a regular 'deep' service is but I will ensure this happens from now on. I have a local bike shop I have a great relationship with, built up over a few years, but I do like to spend my cycling money with other shops/companies if I feel the service is worthwhile and it certainly was in this instance. Will definitely use again!
