Exceptionally great
I booked my flights with Mark from travel lord ltd but my travelling dates were not confirmed. I made a provisional booking and paid deposit to keep my booking until next week Monday. I rang them to change my travelling dates but surprisingly they rebooked my flights without an extra cost as well as waived off £45 from total cost of ticket. Their honesty is really appreciating. Mark just made my day awesome with that good news.

Professional and honest
