Totteridge and Whestone Osteopathic Clinic has been running for over 20 years with myself, Peri Phokou at the helm.
I qualified from The British School of Osteopathy in 1993 and treat patients from new borns to O.A.Ps.
I am very adept at dealing with ailments from sporting injuries to crying restless babies.
Treatments are tailor made to each patient's needs as each patient is unique.
As well as treating, individual exercises and advice on seating ,ergonomics and lifestyle may be giving.
My aim is for patients to return to their normal lives as soon as possible .
