I'm a qualified, experienced professional life coach and business mentor based in London. I help you to create the clarity of thought you need to begin making the changes you want, either in your personal or professional life.

My approach to life coaching is to help you become a better version of yourself. The focus is very much Gestalt, that is focus on the present and what needs to be done now, rather than getting bogged down in the past and always looking backwards.

With regard to business coaching and mentoring, I focus on leadership and communication skills. To lead and communicate effectively requires having clarity of thought, strategy and ideas as you captain your ship and crew. In line with this, I will help you improve communication and information sharing in your business so everybody knows what they need to be doing and the direction in which you are taking them.
