We are an award winning Audi, Volkswagen, Seat, Skoda and Bentley Specialist service and repair centre. We carry out all types of service and repair, maintenance, diagnostics and MOT.
Our labour rates are up to 50% less than a main dealer but we have the same equipment, tools and specialist knowledge.
We are the only award winning independent in North London to carry the same diagnostic machine that is compulsory for main dealers. We have the quality and technology at affordable prices.
In October 2008 we were delighted to win the prestigious national award at the annual Audi Driver award ceremony. We picked up the Gold Award for Best Independent Service Provider. We have subsequently kept the title to date!
We have won a total of 19 awards both garage and business related. Evidence that we have been judged to know how to look after our customers and their vehicles!
Not only can we service and repair your car but we can provide you free of charge with a courtesy car, or free local collection and delivery service.

- Invest heavily in specialist tooling. We are also the only award winning independent in North London to carry the same diagnostic machine that is compulsory for main dealers to carry. This helps us improve diagnostic time and enable us to upload the latest software to your vehicle.
- Our diagnosis equipment is able to connect on line so we can carry out tasks that were previously only possible at main dealers, for example key coding, immobiliser coding, removing component protection, software updates and retrieving radio codes.
- Only use genuine parts. We only use genuine parts in the service & repair of your vehicle. We use manufacturer guides for all parts, oils and consumables. This is what we believe your car needs to prolong its lifetime and ease your pocket in the long term. All parts come with the manufacturer two years warranty.
- Have awards to prove how good we are – We currently hold the title of Gold Award winners of Independent Service Provider at the Audi Driver International awards since 2008.

Their technicians rely on guesswork for fault diagnosis rather than knowledge and experience. Conveniently racking up labour costs in the process. Attention to detail is non-existent amongst service staff (ex We Buy any car employees) who notified me that my car had failed its MOT and parts costing approx £800 were required which I declined. Later advised that car had actually passed its MOT?! The director takes exception to all valid complaints (as echoed with other negative reviews online - facebook, google etc). Avoid at all costs.

They did a great job with my Audi. I wanted someone in London to service it without going to an official Audi garage and they were really helpful. I'm a girl and I know next to nothing about cars, but they made me feel comfortable and didn't 'blind me with science', or try to overcharge me, in fact, I was really happily surprised with the final bill. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone and will also use them again.

I found this garage to be very helpful and friendly it was like going to a `Bupa` hospital for cars but at a much lower cost. I will certanly use this garage again and recomend it to all my friends.

Finding a trustworthy, approachable garage with the expertise and excellent customer service is very difficult to find. I have been so pleased in finding Russell Automotive Centre to work on my car. Having used other garages/main dealers over the years I have been left disappointed in the customer service/expertise/honestly and general quality of the work. I have had some work on my car by Russell Automotive Centre and I have always been impressed and had absolute no concerns that my car is being looked after. Being a working parent and having a baby it’s difficult to take the car to Russell Automotive Centre, but Sudesh and Steve arranged for the car to be picked up and dropped off after the repair has been made, which for a parent who has children to consider is a big relief and a help. During the repair I was been kept up-to-date of any issues and progress. In addition, the expertise is second-to-none and any complex issues are explained in laymans terms for customers to understand by Sudesh Patel (Service Manager) and Steve Russell (Owner). Please do not believe the myth that ONLY a main dealer has the knowledge to repair your car, as Russell Automotive Centre have all the diagnostic software you will find in a main dealer, with years of real-world experience of VAG cars from Steve Russell and his engineers. Thanks to all at Russell Automotive Centre I have been VERY happy with the reliable, honest and excellent customer service. So if you have had any issues with other garages or main dealers pop into Russell Automotive Centre YOU WILL NOT BE DISSPOINTED! It’s easy for me to say but I WILL guarantee you that, after you have used them you will be confused why you never used them before and wonder why having your car repaired/serviced was so much of a hassle/worry before.
