The crew maintained focus and kept their attention to detail throughout the project. Some of the other roofers working in the area cut corners and sacrificed quality ... not Perfect. The price was competitive. Even though some other quotes were lower we did not have confidence in realizing the same level of workmanship as we would obtain with Perfect. There was an exceptional clean up of debris by the crew after every day's work and upon completion of the project. The materials and service were excellent. I would highly recommend Perfect Roofing.

Replace roof
After researching for over a year I finally decided to have Perfect Roofing replace my roof. I must say that my trust was well placed as I now have a beautiful, professionally done roof. I also had the eavestroughs around my garage replaced and I have never seen a crew, work so fast, so thoroughly and so professionally. It was a great experience. When they came to do the estimate, everything was well explained. They came exactly when they were goint to come...on time...large team that completed the entire job in ONE day! New eaves trough, downspout, fascia
We needed all new eaves and downspout and the fascia was badly stained by overflow from the old eaves. Also the drainage scheme needed to be improved. Representative answered all my questions and set up the installation which was executed exactly as planned. The crew did a beautiful job. Overall, a great experience for us.

I spoke to them on the phone told them i had leaks from a brand new roof that was just done last year most companies didn't call back but they were prompt and came very fast. They were helpful pointing out things that could be a problem later on and suggested solutions that didn't empty my wallet. Thanks for the save.

Roof Repair / Replacement
After a heavy rainfall we noticed that some water was seeping into a bedroom. I called 5 companies to come out and give me estimates. Each company informed me that an entire new roof was required. This company took a look and gave me the option of either replacing the roof now or completeing some repairs that would address the issue and deal a total replacement for 2 more winters. They took the time to closely inspect my roof and explain my options. I will definitely be using them again in 2 to 3 years when I get the roof replaced.

They were absolutely excellent to deal with - they came to meet and answer questions at the time when I was available, was not in a hurry, was honest and very helpful. fixing leaky bathtub faucet
The call girl was pleasant and was able to make an appointment for next day service. Plumber showed up on schedule and was able to replace my faulty moen cartridge for my single handle bathtub faucet in about 20 minutes. He was friendly and professional. I would definitely consider using this company.

water quality testing
I contacted this company to try and figure out why our water wasn't tasting quite right. I thought the web site was impressive and professional looking, spoke with a girl who was very friendly, and didn't bother calling anyone else as I was already impressed. She called about a half hour before technician came to let us know he would be there shortly. He was very friendly, took action, and was a pleasure to deal with.

Like many, I discovered that I need a new roof immediately due to the rainy spring that we had. Because of this situation, many roofing companies did not even return my calls. I was grateful when representative from this company came out to my place and gave me several options. They commenced work within a week or so (weather depending). The crew was polite, hardworking, and extremely clean.It was extremely hot. I am really quite pleased.

Replaced shingles
The guys showed up just before 7 am as I was leaving for work. 5 pm, I come home and they are just about wrapping up the job (which is just over 1/3 the time it took another company to do a neighbours roof just a week prior). Overall I'm very pleased with the work they did. They even went as far as to canvas the lawn in the backyard at the end of the job to make sure no nails and whatnot fell on the grass ( I have a dog).

Representative had to remove the old shingles and re-roof the house, this was a fairly straightforward job and Their team did it in much the same way they do all projects. Simple really...needed a new roof done, as our 'builder's roof' was reaching it's limit (10 years!!). Quote was done quickly, accurately, and in a friendly and professional manner. Roof Change
This company did me and my neighbour's roof, at the same time. We saved money by doing it together. The estimator was very friendly and courteous, he always got back to me right away with any questions I had. The workers were extremely hard working, many of my neighbours were impressed with their quality of workmanship too, they went above and beyond any roofers I've previously seen work. Great work and no corners cut, I highly recommend this company.

We were shopping around until we finally decided to give the contract to this company. The company provided us with all the material, not deposits in front, During the work there were few more changes that my husband needed, we go along but with nor problem the work was completed as estimated under budget with not last minute surprises. We highly recommend them very, very good work.

Roof Shingle Replacement
Hired them to replace the roof shingles. Throughout the process they were very professional. The work was done on schedule and with no extra costs. The quality of the work was also exceptional and to date there have been no problems with the shingles. Would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

whole roof redone
we had the most incredible experience with this company! the guys were fantastic and worked through a crazy wind storm last April. they / we also had major problems from a neighbouring parking lot that was being unreasonable. the movers took every precaution and were responsible and professional and everything got done perfectly despite the hurtles they faced. we were so impressed!

Eaves, soffit and fa
In December I had my eaves, soffia and fascia done by this company, they came and quoted my house and worked smoothly without problem or complications. I am very happy with their services and professionalism. Although there were a couple of small interruptions in the installation, I was happy that I was able to find a reliable company to do work during the winter time.

Repairing storm damaged flashing
We had some flashing come off in a storm. This company was recommended to us and we are extremely happy we called them. They came out to look at the situation within the hour. They very easy going, knowledgeable and trustworthy. They took care of the problem the very next day and did a great job matching the repaired area to the existing flashing. Even though the job was a small one, they took the time to examine the condition of the rest of our gutters and provided a helpful report on the state of our roof. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for high quality work from a dependable and fair contractor.

Trustworhty
When we first bought our 1920's slate roofed house, Joe was the best quote for repairs. Little did I realize he was also superior in workmanship, attention to detail, and care. Since that first set of repairs Perfect Roofing has insulated our huge attic, replaced all eaves-troughing, and just this past fall (2010) when we finally had to give up on the 90-year-old slate, Joe and his team re-shingled the works. I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on my roof.

work ethics and honesty
I called 4 contractors to come out and give me a quote on the repairs required for the marley roof. Apparently, the job was not big enough for them to take the time and come out and look at it. I called Joe, he came within 24 hours and completed the job with great professionalism and care. Thanks to the knowledge of Joseph the roof was repaired and completed to my great satisfaction. Perfect
Scott and his crew from Perfect Roofing did an amazing job on our house in London. There were 3 layer of old shingles dating back 30 plus years and zero ventilation. The crew laid down tarps around the house, spoke to the nieghbours on both sides and were in and out in 3 days! After a brief call from Scott it was decided that the attic insulation needed to be upgraded while there was access to it from the roof....That upgrade alone has made the house warmer and more comfortable. Just Perfect

Perfect Roofing was recommended to me by co workers when I discovered that I had a nasty leak and had to reshingle the entire roof of my house in the dead of winter. Morgan came out the next day and gave me a very realistic and reasonable quote. Within days the crew arrived and I have to say that Oscar and his group worked the entire day through the first real snow storm of the winter to complete the job in a timely and most professional fashion. I was truly impressed with the entire company; office staff and labourers and would not hesitate to recommend Perfect Roofing to my family, friends and colleagues. Nice job.

Quality job
Bob from Perfect Roofing is amazing as a roofer and as a person! His approach to finding problems is second to none. He's not there to "sell you a complete roof replacement", which is what most roofers usually do. Rather, he goes through a process of elimination where he isolates one issue and then moves to the next if needed. He will be my roofer as long as I own a home and I will definitely be referring Perfect Roofing to all my friends and family.

I hired Perfect Roofing based on their reviews on this site. Booking was very easy and done via email. The workers showed up on time and worked for two hours to remove the ice dam. My feeling is that this company charges a premium for their ice dam removal service, but considering the nature of the work (cold!) it is probably justified. I would certainly consider hiring these guys for future work.

I called the company after high winds blew off some shingles on our roof. They came out a couple days later (but would have came out sooner if the winds hadn't made conditions dangerous). The service man called to let me know he was on his way, repaired the roof, took photos and sent me a report of the job. They take VISA, which is wonderful, because I didn't have to take a day off work to be there. I'm really impressed with this company's service level. They responded promptly and professionally on all levels. I wish more companies were this dependable.

We started to renovate our basement and hired Nick for 2 window enlargement and installation and to create the 3rd window as we wanted more natural light in our basement. We've got more quotes from several contractors and we chose Nick based on these reviews, availability and price. He did a great job and we are happy with our new large windows.Nick worked like for his own house, did some extra-work and gave us very good advises on our ongoing basement reno project.
