Awful cinema, it should be closed down

If 0/5 was an option, that's what I would vote. For £13 a film, you'd expect it to be at least like the Vue cinema in Westfield, but I should have known better. An Odeon's an Odeon, no matter how much you pay for it. Screen is extremely small, and Premier seats were no different from normal seats in terms of arm-space. The seats were not raised enough as the rows go back, so you still see a lot of heads even when seated in premier seats. The air-condition has not worked for years and it boiling hot in there during winter. Cinema ushers showed people to the wrong seats and then having to sort out seats as the cinema filled-up. For the same price, my advice is to travel a bit further for the Vue cinema in Westfield for a completely different experience and value for money.
