Appalling- notably the discriminatory supervisor "Jan". Fobs off genuine people in need on her own whim & lies about what their service offers. Her go-to being that she "will take up w/ the manager about their site's incorrect info" upon challenge. Even though it's plastered on their site & leaflets of the experience/ advice they offer (but didn't). Truly case- book bigotry. People in need do not need people like Jan; orchestrating who she decides Nucleus will help & in doing so deceptively. Please answer why you further lied in saying you do not take things to even court level, when it's quoted you do on both site & leaflet. Can you explain this to your manager, Jan?
