We were established in 1993 and specialise predominantly in the pattern requirements of the garment industry. Our 10 staff are based conveniently in Central London which gives us in excess of 100 years combined industry experience. We provide a number of services to international clients, including Lectra grading, Gerber grading and marker making. Our main services include pattern cutting, grading and marker making for the clothing, garment and sewn products industry.

Our Services

Grade patterns to your specifications and all grading is done by hand on the computer. We recognise that each pattern is unique and should be graded to preserve the intended style lines whilst allowing for body growth. We also advise on grading specifications for men's, women's and children's wear from our vast library of data. Prepare full production markers based upon factory specific criteria such as table / lay lengths, CNC cutter capability, block / matching to incorporate full completion of size / colour / quantity requirements in an efficient manner. Convert files between software systems for compatibility with remote production locations. We are able to present pattern files into Adobe Illustrator format, with each size on a separate layer, to assist in sublimation and print placement. Create first patterns from sketches, samples, photos etc. Provide staff sickness/absence cover for all / any functions undertaken in your CAD room, e.g. digitizing, grading and plotting at short notice. All our digital data is archived for seven years offsite at a disaster recovery facility.
