Lillywhites was a name associated with the very best in sports equipment and clothing a few years back. I've since been in on a number of occasions, most recently yesterday. The trainer section downstairs was my first port of call and I managed to find what I was looking for. The problem was the seemingly thousands of others! I understand that theft must be a huge problem for such busy stores, but having to decide on a pair of trainers with a security tag, holding the shoes no more than 5cm apart makes a true decision rather tricky....unless you're a professional hopper!! They do have some good stuff but it's difficult to find what you're looking for as it's so tightly packed in. Overall, I'd say steer clear on a sunny Saturday!

Customer Service
Customer service is terrible via phone. You wait forever. As well, trying to get anything taken care of is next to impossible. I had purchased several items and then came to find several items were not placed in the bag. In trying to get this resolved, I've found no concern for the issue and a long drawn out process to get it resolved. In fact, one gets the feeling it will never be resolved.
