garage junk clearance
It came to my mind that I didn't have to struggle with my garage clearance. I had done this before, many years ago and it was a lot of tough work. I had to sort through everything, put all the junk into bags (of which I needed many), carry heavy items and I needed to dispose of everything. It was a stressful experience and that is why I let my garage get so full of clutter - I was putting off doing the job again. This time though, I had some help. House Clearance Ltd. were there for me to tackle every part of the job. I didn't need to do any work because I had an expert team take care of the job. I hired a team who came to my address to tackle every part of the job. They sorted, bagged and carried every bit of junk from my garage. They did things carefully to avoid any problems such as breakages, injuries, but didn't take long to get the job done. They consulted me so that the right items were taken away. Booking them was easy too, as it was just a phone call. We talked about the process and I filled them in on what I needed so they could send the right support. I got a free quote and a price I liked, and they were very helpful. The only problem that occurred during the service was that we hadn't got the proper parking space. This caused a small problem but once it was solved my garage junk removal went smoothly.

rubbish business
House Clearance Ltd. have the best rubbish clearance staff around. I have used the services of several firms now to clear away rubbish when I've been doing a spring-clean and these were the ones I was impressed with the most. This is because of the staff. Each person that came to my address to help shift goods from my home in Wimbledon really knew their stuff. They had the bags and things they needed and knew what should be taken away and how to do it quickly and safely. They were able to take all of the rubbish I had, something some other firms never did. They carried every item, large and small, through my home without any hassle. Getting furniture through doors and in one case down some stairs was nothing to them and they did it without any accidents. They had vans ready and took away all of my junk. English wasn't the mover's first language, which was not a problem, they knew what I needed and carried out the job expertly. They were friendly and eager to help. I can't help but recommend this team to anyone, so give them a call to get rid of all of your rubbish.

very reasonable service
I’m absolutely impressed with House Clearance Ltd.! The service was great, the guys were very polite and prompt and the rates were reasonable. A couple of days ago they helped me get rid of huge pile of yard waste. I didn’t have any problems scheduling the service and they gave me a quote upfront. The team arrived a bit earlier, but I was ok with that, since I was spending the day at home. I’m even happy that they came early, because I could get on with my day. I really enjoyed working with them and I would definitely use them in the future!

I'm glad to give these guys a go
A couple of days ago I decided to clear the huge pile of mess in my garage. There were some bulky stuff and a lot of bags with rubbish so I hired House Clearance Ltd. to help me deal with the job. Their prices seemed pretty reasonable and I saw a lot of positive reviews and I decided to give these guys a go. I’m glad I did it because they were really great. They collected and hauled everything in 20 minutes! The only thing is that they didn’t want to take an old propane bottle, I no longer needed. They explained that they couldn’t dispose hazardous items, because it was not safe. It wasn’t a big of deal, since I managed to sell it online. Anyways, these guys pretty good at what they do!

Overall, great job!
Last Friday, House Clearance Ltd. helped us with a serious amount of construction waste. We had a little home improvement project that turned the whole house into a real mess. Luckily these guys managed to take away everything, concrete and other heavy building materials. To be honest we picked them because of their cheap rates and we didn’t have our hopes high. These guys really exceeded our expectations. They arrived on time and did all the lifting and hauling. The only thing that wasn’t even that big of a problem is that they didn’t speak English very well. Although there was a tiny miscommunication, nothing dramatic happened. They were expedient and ready to help us in any way possible.

Really nice chaps and a great service.
I have hoarding issues and I only recently started dealing with them, and that meant going through a thorough house clearance as part of the treatment. I chose House Clearance Ltd. for the job since they had good prices for an East London company. They came and started working diligently for the complete clearance – and there was really a lot of rubbish to take care of. It would have taken me weeks to do it myself (or forever, considering the reason they were here). It only took them two hours and they filled the whole van. It was really hard watching them, and I guess a bit creepy as well, but they were understanding and didn’t say a thing. They charged me 60 pounds more than the original quote, but I honestly had no idea that I had that much rubbish lying, so it’s only natural. I paid them and they were off after a friendly goodbye.

office clearance service for good money
I wanted to make a new office out of my garage, and that meant a lot of clearing out to do. I decided that I had no time for that and called House Clearance Ltd. to do it instead. They arrived slightly later than arranged, but the customer support called to warn me about it. When they did came half an hour later, they filled the bags of rubbish and loaded a small part of the massive van. It was tremendous work, done right, done fast, and a pleasant experience, because the collectors were really talky and we chatted during the garage clearance. They even moved a few items that were not included in the initial quote to compensate for being late. Good service, I wholeheartedly approve of it!

I called them and they were very helpful
I was preparing to move out of my house, but I wanted my deposit back. That would require some work and cleaning, but before that I had to get rid of all the junk I spread about and neglected up until now. I called House Clearance Ltd. for help after a referral from a mate. A junk collector came within a few hours of the call, we filled a few bags of rubbish and he was ready to after taking the bill (much lower than expected). If I had to complain about something, it was the curious choice of deodorant on the collector, but I guess it’s better than sniffing other people’s rubbish on yourself. Good work that definitely helped with the deposit.

I needed a good service....
There were so much items and needless equipment accumulated in my office that it was starting to interfere with my work. To help with the situation, I hired House Clearance Ltd. for their office clearance service. This turned out to be the right decision, because the job was carried out perfectly. The team didn’t speak English very well, but they were friendly and did the job they were called for perfectly. I value professional attitude and for this reason highly appreciate the service of the company. I know who to turn to in the future, whenever I need such service.

What a relief that was!
I can be a little irrational at times when it comes to keeping old belongings or disposing of them, as I tend to store everything. I guess it was time to change this mindset when I finally noticed that I was running out space. The need for storage space became need for property clearance. That is how I became familiar with House Clearance Ltd. and their services. I booked their house clearance service and was pleasantly surprised to see just how effective they are in their work. In no time at all, my home was cleared and freed of all the unnecessary junk accumulated over the years.

This team were terrific!
House Clearance Ltd. are the company to call if you want a reliable and prompt garage clearance. We had a lot of old junk that needed disposing but unsure of how to go about it. This company were terrific and called, sorted and took away. That’s as simple as it was. The staff members were great and soon shifted the waste. It was money well spent.

Good work!
We had a lot of old junk in our shed and garage and used the brilliant clearance company House Clearance Ltd. to take it away. I was extremely happy with the work from start to finish and couldn’t fault the service. I had old broken tools, furniture, appliances and electrical equipment that didn’t work, so getting rid of the junk was liberating. It has produced more space which is fantastic. The workers were lovely and worked hard. We were talked through the process and told it would all go to various centres to be reused.

House Clearance Ltd. supplied a great low cost house clearance solution when we needed help in emptying the last remains of our household contents. There were a lot of non working electrical appliances, as well as old furniture and toys. This wasn’t a problem to the staff. It was all sorted, loaded onto the truck and taken away to be recycled. I was impressed with the entire work from start to finish. The company were reliable and flexible and managed to do the home clearance quickly. The cost was affordable too! If anyone out there needs a similar service hire these guys, they are great.

I was so happy with the junk clearance service :)))
I was so happy with the junk clearance service I received from House Clearance Ltd.. I had a lot of old metal, plastic and broken glass to clear away in my new house and wanted help. This company dealt with the hard work of shifting it safely and were in the know of how to dispose of it. The charge was cheap and service first class.

I was so pleased with the fast garage clearance service I booked when moving home. I was busy with work and wanted all the help I could get. I hired House Clearance Ltd. and basically left them to it. I was advised to take out the things I wanted to keep and then left the remaining work to the experts. It was cleared and the junk taken away, quickly and with no problems.

a wonderful service :)))
I was so pleased with the fast and safe garden clearance service I hired a few weeks ago. I was busy with work and needed some assistance and my wife suggested we hired help, she had noticed some great offers available from a local company called House Clearance Ltd.. This company made light work of clearing the overgrown shrubs and trees and best of all the removal of all of the waste as we didn’t have the appropriate transport for it. All in all a wonderful service and done with care and at a good price. Now we can hire a gardener to sort out the garden!

My review...
I had recently had some renovation work to my home and the mess left behind was horrendous. There were stacks of rubble, metal and plaster to sort out and discard. I called on House Clearance Ltd. and they did a super job, sorting through the debris and loading up the truck and then transferring it to the authorised centre to be reprocessed. The work was done to a high standard and for a competitive cost.

I recently used House Clearance Ltd. to take away a load of old household bits and pieces, broken TV, PC and washing machine I had sorted out. I booked for a complete garden clearance service with House Clearance Ltd. when I moved into my new home. The team did a super fast clearance, shifting bracken, tree clippings, weeds and grass. It was all cleared and piled onto a lorry and transferred to the appropriate recycling depot. It was an amazing service and done quickly and professionally. The cost was very reasonable and now I can plan out a new look for my new and cleared outside space.

cheap and reliable service :)
House Clearance Ltd. were wonderful when I wanted some old furniture taken away. I had redecorated my living room and wanted a newer sofa and chairs, as well as dining room suite. This company were quick to take away the old pieces, and didn’t moan about the bulky and heavy items. I was guaranteed they would all be reused so felt at ease about discarding them. The service was cheap and reliable and done well.

I was renting out my house whilst I moved overseas but there was a lot of old rubbish to clear first. A friend recommended House Clearance Ltd. as she had previously used them and was happy with the service and cost. I booked a meeting to go over what I wanted, I was given a quote that I was pleased with and booked a date. The lorry arrived on time and was quickly loaded. The company had told me that the rubbish would be reprocessed into other materials and uses which I was happy with. A great service at an affordable cost!
