Vietnamese cuisine is known around the world for being healthy, light, and of course, delicious. The leading principles of the Vietnamese kitchen are the balancing of flavors, the use of fresh ingredients and, thanks to the highly customisable nature of most dishes, each diner can create their own personal taste experience. With influences from both East and South East Asia, as well as Europe (through the French occupation), Vietnam has a truly international food culture, capable of pleasing every kind of palate.
The major city of Xi'an, founded in the 11th century B.C. and once known as Chang'an (Eternal Peace), is the capital of Shaanxi Province in central China and marks the Silk Road's eastern end. It was home to the ruling houses of the Zhou, Qin, Han and Tang dynasties and, in its surrounding plains are found the renowned Terracotta Warriors, thousands of life-size, hand-molded figures buried with China's first emperor, Qin Shi Huang. At Xi'Viet, you can experience some truly authentic Xi'an specialties, including the famous lamb dishes and hand-pulled noodles, that you will find in very few other places.

Very friendly and warm service and the best Pho I have had in a very long time. Rare beef was excellent quality too. Has definitely improved in last couple of years!
