VAT Refund
I did not receive the VAT refund initially. I patiently wated and when it did not arrive I contacted the store directly. The manager was very pleasant and surprised that I had not received the refund. He promptly took care of this and my refund was posted to my credit card. I will definitely shop here again.

VAT REFUND
On July 05, 2019, I made a purchase of clothing and shoe in Gee Ricci Limited, 373, Strand London WC2R0JJ which included a VAT refund component of GBP 242.50 (invoice no 34911, 34925 and 3313 total of GBP 1515). I submitted the form on 17.7.19 at London Heathrow Airport. I have still not received this amount credited to my credit card. Please revert by email.

No VAT refund
I also have not received my VAT refund from this store. The relevant form was stamped by customs and sent to the store. Every other store has refunded our VAT except for this one, despite us sending numerous emails. They have neither acknowledged nor replied to any of the emails. Surely if they are not refunding VAT, even though they promise to do so when they are selling you the goods, then this is just a blatant tax dodge! Keep the VAT and claim a tax deduction as if they had paid it! Not happy Gee Ricci!

VAT Refund
We did the same as the other review. Never received our VAT refund! Tried to contact store and they will not help? Please don't shop here if you expect the VAT refund. Kevin

Dear Sirs, Good afternoon!! On June 22, 2014, I made a purchase of clothing and shoe in Gee Ricci Limited, 373 Strand Street - London. I, my family and friends we were staying at the Strand Palace Hotel and we found it very interesting to do the shopping at the nearby hotel shop. Before we buy, we ask the seller - a Lebanese man - if we would be benefited with the VAT Refunds for it would be a way to save a little money and we would go to Paris and it would trade in the Customs of the Charles De Gaulle airport. The seller said yes. So we bought 1080.00 pounds. When we arrived at the airport Customs in Paris, they did not pay the VAT Refund and asked us to send the form back to Gee Ricci that was not attached to the ticket purchase from the store. We would like to know if there is any possibility of receiving this value?? The credit card number is recorded on the form. Please could you inform the email that you send a copy of the completed form in the store after purchase. kind regards, Alamir Lesck
