About Us

The Fit Body Pro offers professionally guided personal exercise program and nutritional advice to help you achieve your goals in weight loss, muscle strength and endurance building or sports specific performance at any age or fitness level.

Our programs are versatile, creative and are designed to achieve total and physical fitness whether you are training in the gym, at home or in the park.

One to one training:

This is an hour long personal session, which will be formulated from your initial consultation, based on your lifestyle information, fitness test (motor skills, co-ordination and flexibility) measurements (body fat and blood pressure). A 12 week program will be devised to meet your fitness goals along with nutritional advice. You will be continuously reviewed and monitored every 4 weeks to chart your progress.

Price: one-to-one initial consultation & 1st session £35.00

Personal Training plus two

Personal training plus two: This is an opportunity for you to share your personal session and share the cost to train with up to two friends/family with no additional cost and still maintain quality time with friends and family. Nutritional advice is included with this option.

30 Min sessions

With growing time constraints and commitments we now offer 30 minutes of personal training for those who are short on time. Nutritional advice is included.

Group Training

In this session you will be training with a very small group of individuals (up to 5). This is perfect if you are looking to supplement training on your own once a week and still receive personal exercise direction at just £10 per session with the monthly option or opt for the pay as you go per session.

Sport Specific

These sessions are aimed at athletes or individuals specific to their sport performance; especially in the lead up to a competition or maintaining their fitness levels during off-season. Training program for these athletes/individuals include skill and technique development, plyometric, circuit, cardio conditioning and strength training.
