My clients come to see me because they are overeating, bingeing on food, grazing, eating past being full, avoiding social events around food and more. Some want help to restore the healthy eating and exercise habits they have let go of. Many want to be lighter. All want the changes to be long lasting.
Everyone's treatment plan is individualized because everyone is unique. As well as the sessions with me, I always agree with you something to do between sessions usually on a daily basis, to support the work we are doing. This always moves things along more quickly and is vital when you are laying down new habits.
I have known issues to be resolved in one session. However, this is usually because the problem began as a direct result of an upsetting event. In this case, clearing up the "unfinished business" dissolves the problem immediately. Most issues though need more than one session. Hypnotherapy is known as a brief therapy and you should start seeing changes very quickly.
