Agree with all other bad comments, charged to put in new cabling a new aerial, which they said they did, but didn't see new cabling being installed. TV picture still pixelating and when I call I keep getting fobbed off and ignored.

I phoned the Redhill Arials Office to book for an appointment to put up an arial. I was told £25 to quote which would come off if we go ahead. i said can you at least give me a ball park figure. I was told between £150 to £180 plus vat so I booked the appointment. Paul turned up to our bungalow looked at the side of the roof were the sky dish is. Immediately said £280 to £380 + vat. I said I was told by the office 150 to 180 so how come its so much more. It was obvious Paul did not like that and said the difference was a higher pick up. I did query how could just a change of arial make nearly £200 difference. As I say you could see Paul was frustrated with my questioning so l said what could £180 would buy and he pointed to my neighbours arial and said thats the basic one. So would that work and Paul said yes l can put up any arial. Ok then if it works then go ahead. 25 Minutes later Paul rang the door bell an d said all done are you paying by card? So he got the machine and l said thank you he said l would probably need a booster splitter not the one l had bought. I asked if he had put a connecter on the cable into the loft he said no because l dont know what connecter the power splitter will have. Isaid have you tested it so that when l connect it will work, he said yes. lve got a spare in the van and left me with just a sleeve l do know a little bit about coaxial plugs. As we are very close to Gatwick all the other bungalows have a 10ft arial including my neighbours which he had pointed to so having gone out on my return l was shocked to see paul had used a 5ft pole and positioned accross the sky dish. I called Paul to say l was not happy. Why would you not have put the cheaper arial on a bigger pole. He said only comes with the high gain arial. Why would you need a taller arial with a more superior arial?? Paul just gave me a crap job because l questioned his pricing. He also lied to me as my electrician pointed out that he could not have tested if the arial would work without connecting the cable in the loft. The arial was also about 25 degrees out from others in the area. So l am disgusted with his attitude and service £216 for a rubbish job.

we had a quote to replace our aerial system as it was apparently water damaged, right up to the tv. The quote stated the work was for 2 cables and the main aerial. when the work was being done the same engineer that did the quote said the water damage which was apparently at the point the aerial went into the tv on his first inspection, now apparently wasn't anywhere else in the cable except the very end! Although the water had to travel all along the cable to the tv ! So there were no replacement cables to either room. Despite this we were charged the whole price even though not all work needed doing.When this was queried, the engineer said he shouldn't have written 2 cables on the quote. So we were charged nearly £400 for a main aerial, splitter and cutting a cm or so off 2 cables and a new contact put on them. On phoning the company we were told we could have the cables replaced, but the engineer said this doesn't need doing!! we asked for a refund of some money which was agreed, no one phoned us from finance so a week later we chased this up. a wek ago we were told it had been done and our card details taken for the refund. Still no refund, on phoning the company the person who agreed the refund was in a meeting and no one was free to talk to us. A voicemail was left later on for us to say a refund has now been done and should take a couple of days!! Why did this take a week ??? We have yet to see if the refund has actually been done.

October 2018: engineers from Dakota GRP Ltd replaced the terrestrial aerial and wiring on a small block of flats in West London. Communication with the company was great, the engineers were efficient, friendly and considerate and the work was done with the minimum of fuss.
