Reported them to Consumer Direct
Following on from my earlier review. I drew their attention to the Distance Selling Regulations of the Office of Fair Trading website. They seem to think their policies over-ride parlimentry law and refused me a full refund. I have had now had to report them to Consumer Direct.

Rude, obstructive and still owe me money
Refused to give me a full refund desipte the fact I did not even receive the goods. They have confirmed thay have the goods. 'Jay' was rude and obstructive on the phone. Despite numerous emails they have provided me with the proprietors details so I that i can 'escilate' the matter with trading standards which 'Jay' suggested I should do, I would advise customers not to buy goods from them as I am still waiting for my money over over 6 weeks later.
