With a new tenant due to arrive, I urgently needed various repairs on a studio flat. Frankly, the electrician arrived exactly on time and addressed the issues quickly and efficiently. This included installing a new electric shower, fixing the switch on a broken immersion water tank, repairs to the toilet, installing a new bath panel, and replacing the smoke alarm. Franky is a good carpenter and did a great job with the saw, ensuring the bath panel fit perfectly. While a previous company insisted the entire water heater had to be replaced, Candofix assured me it was a simple short-circuit on the switch. This avoided unnecessary expense. It’s so refreshing to finally find a company that is both honest and delivers value for money. Candofix is now my preferred company for all maintenance work!

I emailed John from Candofix this morning and he called me today to ask what needed doing. I had a problem with my burglar alarm, which kept going off and I wanted it disabled. He very quickly sent Paul from his team to sort it out. Paul completed the job quickly, efficiently, and even asked if there was anything else that needed doing because he had to charge £35 for the hourly rate and the job only took 30 minutes. I will definitely use Candofix again, and especially Paul, who was very polite, did the job quickly, and was very knowledgeable.
