Body Works West - a boutique members health club in the heart of Notting Hill.
Hidden behind leafy Westbourne Grove, The Luxury Boutique Members Health Club based in Notting Hill, has quite a story to tell, in 1896 the sisters of Sion founded a convent in Chepstow Villas and featured superb facilities including a gym. On the same site a century later in 2008 BodyWorksWest was born. An air of luxury pervades every nook and cranny of this historic building. Walk in and you're greeted by the lounge area, turn right and the Pilates studios feature the latest technology for this ever-popular past-time. Continue up the first flight of spiral stairs to admire the wonderful new swimming pool, providing a further luxury which really makes BWW stand out from the rest. Up to the top floor, a modern gym area awaits, with the latest high-tech equipment and highly qualified fitness staff await. Whether it's toning up, losing weight, building muscle or just general fitness, we have the right plan for you. Body Works West provides a real tranquility amongst the hustle and bustle of London living so why not come see for yourself ? If you're seeking to relax and workout with room to breathe we have it all. Highly qualified staff, state-of-the-art equipment and an ongoing personal touch make the difference. We understand the importance of feeling great about yourself and are confident your experience will be one you'll never forget. We look forward to welcoming you to West London's Finest Boutique Health Club. Feel Different, Be Different.

Just off Westbourne Grove, Notting Hill
We have been members for a few months now and have found this club great. The club consists of a gym, classes (yoga, stetch, swim-arobics etc), massage, swimming pool, therapies, suntanning, beauty treatments, and more.Staff are super friendly, although I have yet to go to any classes but I do have neighbours who have been going for years so I guess they must like it!Gym is not the largest but it is not full of posers and I feel very comfortable in my creased trackies and no-make-up look. I have never seen it ultra-crowded although I do tend to avoid the mornings and early evenings. They have runners, bikes, cross-trainers all with TV and you can bring your own DVDs to watch. You get a free training session every month with your membership and 5 in the first month to get you going on your way. And they seem to have quite abit for pregnant women - personalised training, massage and advice.I would definately recommend this health club for anyone around the Notting Hill area, you can pop in for a tour and they will show you around (we did this first) and you can pay monthly and not be tied into any long contract.Check out their website for more info:http://www.lambton.co.uk/index.htm
