BORIS is an easy to use, cloud-based portal that enables a quick and pain-free auto-enrolment set up. Boris ensures the government guidelines are observed (and fines avoided). The other primary advantage of BORIS is it provides a benefits portal including TRS for employees (through individual secure log ins). Companies are able to upload details of any existing benefits and add from a range of new benefits also. With a number of “Add In" benefits being free or even providing cost savings to the company, there's no company who shouldn't be able to benefit from the cost savings and enhanced employee engagement.
