Good Value
This is a lovely little spot well located close to Paddington station so it's easy to get around London and use this as a base for your visit. The staff are friendly and the beds are comfortable. A real surprise was the comfort of the beds which were above average and we had a great sleep. Also the bathroom was renovated and was relatively large compared to some other places where we also stayed on the same trip. overall great value.

We stayed at the Barry House for 5 nights and it's just been wonderful. The rooms are clean, warm and cozy. The owners are very kind and always happy to help. We even booked for show tickets from them in a really good price and really good seats. The location is excellent, near the Hyde Park, Oxford St. (Marble Arch) and very quiet place also. I really recommend this hotel! Worth the price (and it's a very fair price). I'll surely come back there in my next visit to London. Stayed January 2013, traveled with friends
