We also provide a full property Refurbishment Service: Decorating and Hanging, Fixing and Assembly, Plumbing and Electrical. Our Electricians are experts at dealing with all aspects of electrical repairs and maintenance. Our electricians are competent no matter how big or small the job - we easily take care of all electrical jobs: Changing lights bulbs, Replacing fuses, Transformers, Replacing switches, Installing smoke alarms, Replacing sockets, Running cable, Replacing light fittings, Installing spurs, Fitting/changing extractor fans, Isolation switches, Cooker sockets, Fitting or repairing door bells and Fault finding. Most basic electrical jobs can be completed within the first half hour, but we do not work to a clock...all our electrical work is completed to current standards/regulations - the safety of you and your home is our priority.

A very professional outfit. I initially contacted Arlington Estates prior to refurbishing my first BTL. Amit came over and gave advice on what was expected to reach a respectable rental figure in a tough climate. He also gave good advice on what was needed to be done now and what could wait. Based on his advice I got the property refurbished. I also used some of his contacts in the building trade for plumbing, electrics and decoration which saved me not only some money but also time. Once the flat was refurbished, Amit came back and took some amazing pictures. He was quick to advertise the property on all the standard sites. However what impressed me the most was his online social networking skills on twitter and Instagram which is how the property was rented within a week of advertising and that too in December! Once my tenants agreed to rent the property Arlington Estates were quick and efficient to complete all the required checks and paperwork. I would recommend Arlington Estates to anyone who wants the personal touch and a professional attitude.

Great sale and support
To whom it may concern, I recently purchased a house via Arlington company and would like to thank you for the extremely professional service I received. Best estate agent in Islington
Known Arlington Estates since they started business many years ago and keep using them till today because of only one reason.. Honesty! To have an estate agency that is truly honest and does not give you all the waffle is refreshing.

Simplicity at its best :)
What can I say apart from thank you, thank you, thank you :) You made my first experience of letting simply the best, what a fabulous and efficient team and so patient (sorry guys I know I forgot to keep bringing in the right documents but slow as I am we got there in the end, so thanks for your patience). I didn't realise how difficult it was to find the right place and trawling through numerous agents who were trying to rip me off at every instance till I stumbled across Arlington estates and that was my last stop, The team helped me every step of the way and made me feel truly valued and had my best interest at all times and now I love the place where I live, it was such a simple smooth process with them that I've already recommended them to family and friends, keep up the good work Arlngton Cheryl x :)

I have used Arlington Estates since 2009 having grown fed up with the other incumbents in the industry. I found the entire team at Arlington to be a breath of fresh air with friendly professional service provided at competitive rates (relatively speaking) while being extremely efficient and flexible from a Landlords perspective. I have been able to rent out my property promptly despite hitting a wall initially talking to the bigger players. Arlington were able to provide a service level with thorough knowledge of the area and property which helped secure great tenants without ripping my eyeballs out. The after sales service so to speak was impressive and something I have not received from any other agent in the past most notable example being the prompt pro-rata return of any fees when a tenant has needed to move out earlier. This is of course a benefit for all concerned as the tenant needs are accommodated as well as the landlords requirements. Not sure what the previous tenant is talking about re fee's as I myself have double checked these with external vendors and the rates Arlington charge ARE the going prices.
