Recruitment and employment agencies provide a service for both employers and jobseekers. Some specialise in a a specific field such as IT, drivers or production workers for example while others cover a wider spectrum, often through specific departments within the agency. Another common areas that an agency may specifically operate in are temporary and permanent staff and work in specific geographical areas.
