Estate Agents

Estate agents deal with the sale, letting and rental of both commercial and residential properties. Traditionally a business that would feature on most high streets, estate agents have embraced the internet and while some operate in both areas, some have a purely online presence. Most estate agents are members of the Ombudsman Scheme For Estate Agents who offer an impartial and independent means for resolving any issues or complaints that may arise between members of the public and estate agents. Other professional bodies that estate agents are often members of include The Royal Institution Of Chartered Surveyors and The National Association Of Estate Agents.
