I am the "rather large guy" who came to your property and would like to offer my fullest apollogies. If the smoking, which is my personal preference, had been brought to my attention i would have stopped immediately however you thought it better to announce it on a greater scale, which again is your personal preference. Cleanliness is a major part of our company and feel very dissappointed to have left you unhappy however bigoted seems quite strong as i am always open to ideas about cleanliness but being unable to find you in our records, I ask you to get in touch so i could appologise in a more appropriate manner.
