The Haven is a health spa. It offers beauty and complementary therapies.
Aromatherapy, reiki, hot stone massage, waxing etc. Based in Penarth, I would say this one of the best kept secrets of Cardiff. The staff are very attentive and experienced, there is no problem with parking and the treatments arte wonderful. There is also a no rush type feel to the Haven which adds to the enjoyment.
