  I was so nervous about getting my legs and bikini line waxed, I had ones in my early teens but never found the service very good or the result plus the pain was too much! I stuck with shaving but always wanted to get back to waxing. I found Madame wax online and the reviews were great and the website looked awesome. From the first call with Adele who was helpful and informative to the appointment itself I could not fault any part of it. It did not hurt half as much as I remembered and the result was great. Have already booked my second appointment and am looking forward to it!

  This was the first time I had been for a Hollywood wax and wasn't quite sure what to expect and was a bit nervous about the undignified positions I knew I would have to get in! I needn't have worried though, Adele was brilliant at explaining everything she was doing, putting me at ease and was completely professional. It didn't even hurt that much! So pleased with the results and will definitely be going back!

  Absolutely fantastic from customer service to the treatment. The best wax I've ever had and even mentioning the aftercare do's & don'ts which other therapists I've been to before forget to mention. This is the place I'll only go to now.

  Madame Wax provides a great service. It's very professional and really hygienic. The therapist is welcoming and puts you at ease. I always feel really relaxed and comfortable there. The results are great and last a long time. Madame Wax has such a wide variety of treatments to choose from, and always suggests new things. She's really good at giving advice on aftercare and maintenance.

  There isn't much I can say about Madame Wax that doesn't boil down to the fact she is amazing!!! From her friendly nature to her ultimate perfectionism, she makes an uncomfortable experience feel like you've just popped to see an old friend for a cup of tea!!! Every time I pay a visit I can't wait to leave and tell everyone what I've had done because she just does such an amazing job, which any woman will tell you, is a rarity!!

  Brazilian Wax: I have tried many different salons in Cardiff and Bristol over the years, and have always left unsatisfied. The Wax I had by Adele at Madame Wax is the most thorough I have ever had done - I will be recommending to all of my friends, and returning there myself as a regular client
