I have never rented my house before so I called Darlows lettings and a number of other agents to have them rent and look after my house as I moved abroad.
The manager Owen Evans met me at the property, explained everything in detail and ended up marketing the house for me.
They rented it in about a week and have managed the property ever since.
I can't reccomend them highly enough as I've heard horror stories from a few friends who used other cheaper agents.
