The receptionist was very rude to me, once on the phone & then worse when I arrived. Kept me waiting for a sub-par haircut and colour that Stevie Wonder could've done a better job with. Since this disaster, I've mentioned it to EVERYONE I've met and have found several others who were less than happy with this place. Yes the prices are cheap-ish, but the service and results aren't worth the risk. I'd sooner pay £10 more and get a good haircut and be treated properly by the staff. Ruined my day!!!
