Black Mountain Activities has been established since 1992, the outdoor pursuits company is dedicated to offering challenging and memorable high quality outdoor pursuits, to singles, couples, groups, schools, colleges and companies. Delivered through its team of qualified and experienced staff. Based in the Brecon Beacons National Park in South-Mid Wales and on the banks of the River Wye the centre is ideally located and open year round, offering a full range of exciting activities such as:- Climbing, abseiling, caving, pot holing, gorge walking, kayaking, canoeing, white water rafting, white water kayaking, white water open canoeing, orienteering, mountain biking, archery, hot dogging, land carting, team building, archery, canoe expeditions, raft building and boasting the first high level ropes course in the the area as well as conference facilities & Bed & Breakfast accommodation
3 Star Guest Accommodation
Black Mountain Lodge is a large traditional stone building, the oldest part is believed to date back to the 17th Century. It is set in its own grounds, located on the foothills of the Black Mountains and surrounded by beautiful countryside and breathtaking views. We cater for individuals, parties, families and corporate groups, offering everything from budget bunk house accommodation through to deluxe, four poster bed rooms. There is also our lovely cottage, great for small groups, with 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 12 people.
Restaurant
We provide a wide and varied dinner menu, with fresh homecooked food, updated on a daily basis. The restaurant seats up to 60 people and we are very happy to cater for groups during their stay.
