Took money for replacing our boiler, turned up to deliver the boiler the day before install and we paid him £2000, he never returned!!! Upon getting a qualified engineer to come fit our boiler, when the box was opened, there was an old boiler in a new box, we have had to call the police and are now out of pocket, he was also overly friendly with my 12 year old daughter, makes me sick thinking about it - google this guy - ripped lots of folk off in past - bbcnews are best reports.
Very unprofessional!! We were left with no boiler (no hot water or heating) for two weeks, after turning up with the wrong part. He then ditched the job without a care leaving me and Scottish gas engineers to pick up the pieces - literally - he left the boiler in pieces! Oh and don\'t expect to speak to him as his wife will pass on message after message but she will not give you his mobile number and he will not call you back.
