I spent a fortnight in tears after having a full head of foils here last year. My hair was blonde on top and a nasty ginger halfway to the brittle ends. I could not get a comb through my hair after my visit and my hair snapped off, I had to recolour it at home just to go to work. Ended up paying another salon to fix it. The service is bad, the stylists look like crap, making no effort with their appearance or own hair style, like they just rolled out of bed. I went back to complain but was more or less told colour build up was the cause of the problem, even though the stylist recommended full head foils to me! No, Michelle, your crappy stylist was the problem. I was not offered a refund but was offered free fix-up but that's not really the point. I've now had half of my hair cut off to make it easier to manage and go to Hands On in New Street which are great, should have went there first.
