  I was really delighted with their service and the staff were eager to please. My visit was most enjoyable and my cut by Jools was adaquate although not as good as I've seen her. I like a hairdresser who listens to what you want, not what they think you want. However, I would pay to go again but my further appointment was cancelled by the Jools herself. Hardly a way to make money. I wish them all the best. Jackie Gordon
