I had cause to call Thomas Graham Plumbing to come to my home in Dunfermline to investigate a plumbing problem. I know the man who arrived was Mr Graham because he introduced himself by name and shook my hand. He quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem with my instant hot water shower. He gave me an estimate, and said it would not be possible to get the required part for the repair until the next day. He returned himself and installed it the next day, AND for estimated price!!!
