DG Training is now pleased to offer The Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland’s Food Hygiene Courses by e-learning. It is one of only a few specialised training centres which offer these courses as an e-learning option.
The courses are available at Introductory, Elementary and Intermediate levels.
With the recent changes to Scottish Licensing Legislation, it is essential that all staff working in Licensed premises in Scotland are properly trained. DG Training can offer the relevant courses to ensure compliance.
DG Training offers the option of in-house delivery of all courses, allowing staff to carry out training within a familiar environment.
Louise is also available to carry out Freelance Assessing and Internal Verification for NVQs in a range of occupational areas.
