Some go to great lengths to identify the partners and other solicitors in the firm using photographs and potted histories. We have decided not to go down that particular road. The objective of our web-site is to persuade you, our prospective client, that we are your preferred choice of solicitor. However we are also aware that if our web-site bombards you with a vast amount of unasked for information, it will just turn you off - which is not the aim of the exercise. Our site contains only sufficient information to persuade you to call us in to help you in your project. As a 2 partner firm we offer a smaller range of services compared with larger firms. However within our range of services you will find that our knowledge and experience are first class. The Solicitor dealing with your business will probably be one of the partners. We are not a large impersonal organisation.

Because our range of services is relatively small, we are able to concentrate on the quality of service provided to you. You may also require other specialist services such as financial advice that we do not provide. We can however introduce you to a specialist in that field.

There has been a firm of Solicitors in one form or another at 29 Bridgegate, Irvine for over 30 years. The firm took its present name of Austin Kelly & Co, in 1992 and the current partners are Eddie Rock and John McCaffrey. We offer a wide range of services including conveyancing, executrices, powers of attorney, accident claims, court and family law, criminal law and children's' hearings. We can provide services under the Legal Aid Scheme.
