The service I have received from Mackies Bathrooms over the past year has been absolutely shocking! We picked a bathroom and had it installed and were initially very happy with it! However, in less than 6 months, a part of the sink broke off, so we went back into the shop, expecting it to be fixed after paying over £5,000 for the bathroom. Not only were they very rude, they tried to fob us off several times, saying they would call us but never did. Eventually after several more trips into the shop, they said they would send someone out to fix it. So I cleared the whole day to wait in for them, but they did not show, and when I called them they said that the man who was coming to fix it had called in sick. They then gave me another date that they would come, so again I cleared the whole day, and again they did not show. When I called their story this time was that their van had been in a car accident. Absolutely shocking service, especially when it is a job that would take 10 minutes to do. I will be contacting trading standards about this. I whole regret giving them the money, and would advise everyone to avoid them like the plague.
