Pay As You Go Letting charge no monthly fee, but operate a simple and transparent pricing structure.
We only charge when you need us. When you do need us we charge from £25 to £100 per action, or £25 an hour depending on what's required. If you don't need us, we don't charge you but remain on standby 24/7 at no cost to you.
For example, if a repair is needed to the property we arrange the repair; charge the landlord the repair at cost plus a set fee of £25. Other agents will charge a monthly management fee and still charge for the cost of the repair and likely hide 10%-20% cost of the repair in the bill before forwarding to you.
