Came out to see to my heating (boiler stopped working), my partner said he was there 15 mins or so, puffed, blew, hummed and hawed then said it was the control box would cost £400, then said he would take the £60 call out fee off. So was the price £400 or £340? Got Scottish Gas out - they said it was the PUMP - nothing to do with the control box and charged us £99. They were there for 2 hours on 2 days, and on the third day for 1½ hours. A tad longer than 15 mins...
