DCS Payroll

DCS originally started as a full Management Accounts Bookkeeping service in 1980 with company offices in Livingston. Until 1993 we only provided managed payroll services to our accounts clients. However, the growing demand for outsourced payroll services led us, in 1993, to open offices in Sunderland and Glasgow offering these services directly to businesses who wanted payroll only. DCS Payroll clients now span the whole of the UK. No client is too small a business - we now have a considerable portfolio of small business clients in the 1-50 employee bracket. We have developed our own bespoke payroll management software giving us the ability to customize easily to our individual clients needs. This flexibility has the added bonus of making our service very easy for our clients to use.

We can offer a managed payroll system that is right for you, whether you are a small business or have over a thousand employees. Payment services include: BACS payments; Auto-pay for bank payments; cheque lists; cash payment analysis and employee wages printouts. We provide the following reports: monthly stakeholder pension reports; computerised wage slips; wage analyses by department or employee; monthly UK PAYE and NI summaries; and clear, simple wage statements. We can take care of your DSS and PAYE enquiries. We can set up new employees for you and process their P45s / P46s. We will produce P35s for you at year end. All stationary and payroll forms are provided free of charge. Working family tax credit payments, reclaims, reports and funding applications are all included in our comprehensive payroll service.

Premium payroll services include customised management reports; cross departmental costing; same day turnaround and holiday pay tracking. We can process regular additions and deductions such as student loans and other loan repayments. We can also calculate and deduct arrestments and process one-off subsistence payments. Amendments can be made for any period in the current tax year. Reprints are available for any week or month, e.g. wage slips; statements and PAYE summaries.
