Ordered an outfit for our wedding. It arrived not as ordered and was remade. It FINALLY arrived just two days before the wedding and was absoulutely hideous, and again not as ordered. The colour and fabric were just awful (we ordered from a colour chart to be sure what we would receive). The owner did not care that we had trusted her to organise an outfit for our wedding day and that she had let us down completely. She was only concerned with money and showed zero compassion. Avoid this establishment like the plague. Don't be fooled by the 'can do' promises, because in our experience you will be disappointed and in tears. She ended up exchanging the outfit for a casual linen outfit which was totally unsuitable for a formal wedding but we were forced by her to accept this or have a refund and "go and buy an English suit". My wife cried for an hour in the shop and for the whole day and night because Anjali's Boutique let us down. It made her so upset that she wished we could put off the wedding. The owner thought this solution was amicable but our whole family was devastated that we had been treated so badly.
