KAPAP Is Not A Conventional System

KAPAP is the Martial Arts of the Israeli Special Forces. It is a survival system that encourages the individual to use what works for them. We are all different in our size, strength, speed, agility and perceptions. KAPAP will make you more than any 'system' and it will rapidly develop an advanced eye towards what works and what doesn't.

All of our instructors are CRB checked and have qualifications ranging from operational backgrounds in hostile environments to counter terror and medical practice. Between us we have over 60 years of experience in the field and in the martial arts, so you're in the best hands possible.

Join us for a free introductory session, beginners and experienced martial artists alike are welcome.
