Having seen a listing on eBay and after researching many other Epos suppliers, I thought I would approach this company to see what they could offer. I was a little dismayed with the poor response and delayed response times to my initial enquiries but I was assured this was unusual and due to a move of premises and merging with another company. With that in mind I went ahead and placed my order for a 2 lane Epos system and a CCTV system that connects to the Epos to offer some pretty impressive functionality. I had a slight disagreement with the company about how to pay because they wanted up-front payment but when I credit checked them I found that they had the worst credit rating possible so I arranged a very small down payment and the rest upon delivery. This is the first real sticking point for me as they tried without my agreement to charge me extra for the delivery method they chose to use adding an in excess of an extra £200 onto our agreed price! The next point was that there was stuff missing form the delivery because in their words they "forgot to pack them" after that the system should have been a straight forward case of plug and play as they assured me that it was pre-configured and tested in their offices prior to dispatch. As by now I'm sure you will have an idea that this was not the case! since then there have been phone calls and messages to them some of which are returned and others which are not. in all they still after several weeks have not resolved the countless issues that I haven't even gone into on this review. In all my business has been severely affected by the many problems encountered and I wish I had never wasted the £4674.00 on the system. They offer excuse after excuse and still do not resolve most of the problems and the ones they do constantly re-appear within hours of the alleged resolution.
