I called Prokill as I had a rat in the garden, the service was first class and the response very quick. The gentleman called on Saturday but we were out, but he recalled on Sunday and came out on that day. The gentleman was very courteous and polite. I have to say the service I got from Prokill has been excellent. when you have pests of any description in your house having a party every night it's not fun- especially Roland and his mates!! After finding PROKILLS number on Google and phoning about 7pm Justin very kindly explain in straight forward language about what the problem probably was and asked if I would like him to call round first thing the following day. Justin very quickly and professionally confirmed the problem after surveying my house and my neighbours how the rats were getting in and what needs to be done. Justin came out within a day and confirmed fears of rats in the attic. He surveyed the property and showed us where they were coming in, how they were moving around, and gave us simple straightforward advice as to how to stop them coming in / leaving. He then laid bait, and came back days later to establish both that they had eaten the poison, and to retrieve dead rats. I had anticipated someone coming, laying poison, and leaving, with me not knowing what to do if that did not work. I am not the bravest person on the subject of rats (it is a phobia of mine).
